A UI/UX Designer based in India.
From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to creative pursuits. Whether it was sketching or Drawing things I loved, creativity has been a core part of who I am. During school, I was brimming with interests and passions, which made it challenging to narrow down my focus when the time came to decide my career path. So, I took a year off after school to reflect and figure out what truly inspired me. Among all my interests, I felt a strong curiosity for machinery and engineering. This led me to prepare for a career in Marine Engineering.
Initially, I worked hard to clear the interview for a prestigious Marine Engineering institute but fell short. Undeterred, I found another path—pursuing Mechanical Engineering as a foundation for Marine Engineering. With determination, I completed my Mechanical Engineering degree and once again attempted to pursue a Marine Diploma. Unfortunately, I faced another setback during the interview stage.
Despite these challenges, I remained motivated and prepared for yet another attempt. However, during this process, I had a moment of clarity. I realized that while Marine Engineering was exciting, it wasn’t the destination that would truly fulfill me. It was through a close friend that I discovered the world of UI/UX design—a field that combined creativity, problem-solving, and innovation, all of which I deeply enjoyed.
I dove headfirst into learning UI design through certificate courses on Udemy, and for the first time, I felt truly aligned with my passion. UI/UX design offers an incredible opportunity to create meaningful experiences, solve intriguing challenges, and craft solutions that leave users in awe. It’s a field that brings a fresh sense of adventure every single day, and I’m thrilled to be part of it.
In my free time, I love staying active by playing football, volleyball, and badminton, which help me stay fit and energized. I also enjoy sketching things that inspire me—it’s a way for me to channel my creativity. Additionally, I’ve been teaching myself to play the guitar, and I love practicing new songs whenever I get the chance. These hobbies keep me balanced and bring joy to my daily life, fueling my creativity and focus for my work in UI/UX design.
